How do you create a Wedding Registry?
You may begin by going to World Wildlife Fund Weddings and Celebrations Site and Registry and clicking on Create Registry. If you are already registered with JustGive, you will be asked to log in. If you have not yet registered with us, you simply need to register and choose a password, so that your sessions at JustGive are secure and private. From there, simply follow the instructions given.

Can you view donations through your Wedding Registry?
You can view reports that indicate who donated to your registry. These reports specify the name of the donor and whatever personal message they wrote. Please note that donation amounts appear only if the donor(s) asked this information to be provided to the registry couple. To view your donations, click on View Donation Report

How do you make a donation through a Wedding Registry?
* Search for the couple's wedding page, then enter the donation amount and click "add to basket."
* You will be directed to a Gift Option page where you will be prompted to enter some information about the gift you are making. Once you are done, hit "continue."
* You will then be brought to your Giving Basket. Click "Proceed to Checkout" button to enter your billing information and submit your donation. You will receive an email confirmation once you've completed your transaction and the couple will receive an email notifying them of your donation.

Is there a fee for making a gift through a Wedding Registry?
There is a $5 Gift Center Service Fee for donations made through a Wedding Registry. This is a flat fee and is not dependent on the donation amount. This fee is tax-deductible.

Is my donation safe and secure?
Our website security is provided by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a recognized authentication and encryption software. In other words, the site becomes locked while you are giving us your credit card information and unlocks only when you leave the secured area, and your credit card number is encrypted so it is unreadable to anyone outside the transaction process. Will you protect my privacy?
JustGive guarantees that we will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone outside JustGive. In addition, we offer you the option of donating anonymously so that the charity to which you donate will not receive information about you without your permission. How much of my donation goes to World Wildlife Fund?
JustGive deducts 3% from all donations to cover the transaction costs.

Can I make a donation on the phone if I don't want to donate online?
We urge you to take advantage of the convenience, safety, and simplicity of giving online. To maximize the benefits to the nonprofits, we are processing only online donations for the WWF Wedding Registry at this time. However, if you would like to make a donation by phone to World Wildlife Fund, please contact WWF directly.

You may donate using your American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa card. If you would like to use a check or cash, please contact WWF directly.

Are my donations 100% tax deductible?
All charities on the JustGive site are tax-exempt and your donation is fully deductible to the full amount allowed by law.
Note: Not all donations can be claimed as charitable deductions, even if the organization is registered as a nonprofit. Check with the IRS on whether or not an organization can receive charitable deductions.
Charitable Events: For a charitable event, only a portion of the ticket value is deductible. The charity hosting the event will be able to identify the exact value of the benefits for each event.

Can I cancel a donation?
All donations made through JustGive are not refundable. However, if for some reason there is an error on your credit card, please contact our Customer Care, or call us toll-free at 866-JUSTGIVE (587-8448), and we will help resolve the problem.
