Our staff members are united in their dedication to the difference JustGive can make. With more than 30 collective years of charity and fundraising experience and unsatisfying time in the corporate world, they have each chosen to be a part of the organization because of its mission and approach.

Kendall Webb, Founder and Executive Director
Kendall’s nonprofit experience extends back to Harvard where she helped launch the WorldTeach program. This one-year program sends students into the field to serve as teachers and Kendall helped send the first contingent to Botswana. Upon graduation, Kendall began her career at Goldman Sachs and later joined World Bank. Yielding to her desire to make a difference in the world, Kendall volunteered in Uganda. Upon her return to the United States, she worked on the founding team of More.com, one of the early stage Internet websites. As the Internet gained momentum and acceptability as a powerful tool and a place where communities could easily form, Kendall realized how this amazing new technology could be applied to charitable giving. Kendall has been a thought leader in this sector for 10 years, offering strategic advice to organizations and companies incorporating charitable giving programs.

Michele Walsh, Director of Finance
Michele brings with her years of experience having worked for Habitat for Humanity’s finance department and earning a MBA in nonprofit accounting. During part of her undergraduate program, she lived in Costa Rica and Mexico studying democratic movements and economic development in Latin America. There she learned Spanish and is now mastering Portuguese. She overseas the accounting department which distributes over 60,000 checks each year to nonprofits all over the world. Michele has created structured policies and procedures which has significantly improved the quality and efficiency of the check disbursement process.

Andrea Lloyd, Director of Programs
Andrea has been with JustGive for over 7 years and recently moved from the Director of Finance position into the role of Director of Programs. As Director of Finance she built the initial framework for the internal disbursement system. As Director of Programs she manages the activities of JustGive’s main website and the partnering websites. Working with partners, she guides them from the development stage through the launching of the project, and then offers strategic, marketing and implementation consultation to ensure the success of each program.

Sarah Myers, Program Manager
Sarah recently joined JustGive to provide program support to the growing number of donors and nonprofits using the site. Working as a liaison between the users and our team, she provides insight to the future needs of JustGive programs and services. Sarah's role expanded to include assisting the Director of Programs with business development and marketing outreach.

Kelly Lloyd, Customer Care Manager

Roxanne Gentile, Director of Technology
Roxanne has Web publishing and technology expertise dating back to 1994 and the inception of enterprise media Web sites. In 1997 she joined ZDNet's Cambridge Internet Operations group to launch ZDTV, ultimately assuming the management of TechTV's Web Engineering group. Joining JustGive in 2005, Roxanne has grown the development team and streamlined our donation portal application. She directs JustGive's technology in scoping and managing projects and overseas the infrastructure of JustGive’s Web site and the partnering Web sites.

Peter Cowan, Lead Technical Engineer
Peter brings to JustGive almost 20 years of experience with the Internet and is an expert in the most sophisticated Internet technologies, including Java, C++, Perl, XML, as well as databases and operating systems. Peter was a key member of the development team that developed and launched the JustGive site. As Lead Technical Engineer, Peter leads the team by extending his extensive knowledge of the infrastructure of the Web site and the implementation of new features that enhance the JustGive service.

David Zendzian, Internet Security Advisor
David has volunteered for JustGive since its inception. David is a published author and experienced speaker who is acknowledged for his technical, security and business expertise. David is a Visa Certified Qualified Data Security Professional (QDSP) with over 15 years of IT and Security experience. David started the first ISP in Charleston and the first Wireless ISP in the Carolinas before moving to the San Francisco Bay area to work with Wells Fargo Security. After Wells Fargo, David started his own companies, providing consulting & managed IT and Security solutions.
