What JustGive Did: JustGive created a company-branded website that used individual donation technology. Employees could research our database of nearly 1.5 million charities, charge their donations directly to their credit cards, and check their personal Giving History anytime. The program later expanded to allow employees to use reward points in addition to credit cards. The company continued to expand its online options with additional customized platforms from JustGive, such as recurring giving and charity gift cards. Specially designed reports allow the company to track the program's growth from year to year. The company gets direct brand recognition by the individuals using the service, media awareness raised by the program and direct recognition from each nonprofit receiving the consolidated donations generated through their company service.
Case Study #2: Gift Cards Build Awareness and Benefit Charity
What the Company Wanted: To draw attendees to their booth at a national tradeshow and create a positive image.
What JustGive Did: JustGive designed a Charity Gift Redemption Program and a branded donation site that allowed attendees to use gift cards they had received at the company’s tradeshow booth. After entering a unique code on the site, each booth visitor could select a nonprofit to support with a gift card. Nearly 20,000 people participated in the program and approximately more than a million dollars was donated to charity. The program increased the company's brand awareness and customer loyalty.

What JustGive Did: The company was using a reward system that gave points to be redeemed for use of their internet product. The company decided they wanted to add a charitable option. JustGive developed the interface that allowed users to choose from nearly 1.5 million charities for point redemption. This corporate philanthropy resulted in the accumulation of millions of points and hundreds of thousands of dollars directed to charity. It also built a positive reputation for the company, enhanced brand loyalty and increased product usage.
