Our energetic, creative team of charitable giving advocates works together to ensure that JustGive remains the destination for online charitable donations™. We work constantly to:

• Remove barriers to charitable giving
• Explore new and better ways to use technology to boost online giving.
• Ensure the nonprofits receive the highest percentage of the donation possible.

Kendall Webb, Founder and Executive Director
As a Harvard undergraduate, Kendall helped launch the WorldTeach program. After stints with Goldman Sachs and the World Bank, she served in Uganda as a volunteer. Upon her return to the United States, she worked on the founding team of More.com, one of the early-stage Internet websites, where she realized that the Internet could revolutionize charitable giving. Kendall has been a thought leader in Internet giving for more than a decade, offering strategic advice to organizations and companies that are incorporating charitable giving programs.

Michele Walsh, Director of Finance
Michele holds an MBA in nonprofit accounting and has worked in the finance department of Habitat for Humanity. She oversees JustGive's accounting department, which distributes more than 60,000 checks each year to nonprofits all over the world. She is fluent in Spanish.

Kelly Lloyd, Customer Care Manager
Kelly has10 years of experience in customer service and a strong passion for social issues. As Customer Care Manager, Kelly provides support to both donors and nonprofits organizations, and also performs a variety of administrative tasks.

Andrea Lloyd, Director of Programs
Formerly JustGive's Director of Finance, Andrea built the initial framework for our internal disbursement system. Now Director of Programs, she manages the activities of JustGive’s main website and the partnering websites. She guides partners from the development stage to project launch, and then offers strategic marketing and implementation advice to ensure the success of each program.

Sarah Myers, Program Manager
Sarah provides program support to the growing number of donors and nonprofits using JustGive's website. Working as a liaison between the users and our team, she provides insight to the future needs of JustGive programs and services. Sarah also assists the Director of Programs with business development and marketing outreach.

Julia Hughes, Program Assistant
Julia provides donor and nonprofit support. She brings to the program years of customer support and is eager to help thousands of charitable organizations reach the goals that inspired their creation, as well as to contribute to JustGive's continued growth.

Roxanne Gentile, Director of Technology
Roxanne has Web publishing and technology expertise dating back to 1994 and the inception of enterprise media websites. In 1997 she joined ZDNet's Cambridge Internet Operations group to launch ZDTV, ultimately assuming the management of TechTV's Web Engineering group. Roxanne has managed the growth of the development team and streamlined our donation portal application. She determines the scope and management needs of projects, manages projects, and oversees the infrastructure of JustGive’s website and the partnering websites.

Peter Cowan, Lead Technical Engineer
Peter brings 20 years of Internet experience and is an expert in the most sophisticated Internet technologies, including Java, C++, Perl, XML, as well as databases and operating systems. Peter was a key member of the development team that developed and launched the JustGive site. As Lead Technical Engineer, Peter manages his team by extending his extensive knowledge of the infrastructure of the website and implementing new features that enhance the JustGive service.
